We are always working to ensure your satisfaction with our deliveries. However, should there be a reason for you to return goods, we want to make the whole process as uncomplicated as possible.

You need to fill in a returns form, which can be downloaded via the link below. Alternatively, a copy of the packing slip or invoice can be enclosed in the return package. If you need to return items from multiple deliveries, this should be clearly separated so that each item can be traced back to the original delivery.

Return due to product flaws:
If the delivered articles have flaws or defects, then we will be happy to collect them from your premises. Please request a pick-up by e-mail to  returns@l-shop-team.dk  , or by phone on   +45 41 114813. If you wish to send the goods back to us, please do not send the package without postage. Postage costs (regular mail or parcel service) will be reimbursed to you once the return process has been completed. You will be credited the value of the goods plus eventual postage costs.

Other returns:
If the product is in order and intact, please return the item, along with with a filled-in return form. After completing the return process, you will be refunded the calculated value of the item(s), minus 25 % handling fee, but always at least EUR 5.00 per delivery. In this case, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If we, exceptionally and based on prior agreements, deviate from the provisions of §8 and take back unwrapped shirts and blouses, the handling charge for these items will be 50 %.
